Their pizzas are delicious but the beer cheese is my absolute favorite thing to get. The staff could be a little more welcoming but they may be overwhelmed. The decorations are great and the store seems clean at all times. ”
“ My youngest son loves Mellow Mushroom so when we moved near Charlotte and saw this Mellow Mushroom, we had to stop by. The vibe at this location was chill as most Mellow Mushrooms are. The food was made fresh and came out hot! The servers were attentive and friendly. Not much to say about this location and the food except we would come back if we are in the area again. Ballantyne is a beautiful area and this location is great! ”
“ I've been a fan of the Mushroom since the Selwyn Avenue days. The food and service here are always consistent and things move quickly, even when they're busy. The bar area has lots of seating, super relaxed and has plenty of options for drinkers and non drinkers. I didn't have one today because I was working, but their margaritas are awesome! I picked up some some Cloud 9 wings. I've had all of the wings flavors but these are definitely my favorite. Garlic parmesaen, but not dry rubbed like most places. These are tossed in a tasty sauce that isn't overpowering. The sauce does have a hint of kick to it if you like a little spice, but not hot. Perfect size order for an appetizer or small lunch/dinner. ”

The pizza dough had this texture and flavour reminicent of wheat dough but it was malleable and easy to eat. Sincerely suprised me. Id definitely recommended ordering pickup for pizza. They have seating available indoor , outdoor, and a bar. But i dont know i kind of just like a pie at home. ”
“ I usually get takeout, but yesterday we decided to dine in. I got my favorite- a small cheese pizza with jerk chicken and pineapple, yum! My daughter got the Kosmic Karma. Both pizzas were yummy! Our server was very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic bevvies, and the bar has plenty of seating. After all these years, they are still making great pizzas! ”
